Assisted Living Program System
The Assisted Living Program System enables service providers to place requests and notify changes on client status online with HRA’s Home Care staff. The system would also allow homecare staff to track and process the requests and address grievances more quickly and efficiently.
Shelter Occupancy System
This system allows HRA/DSS and its contractors to exchange information in a timely manner. The contractors can view reservations made by the HRA/DSS staff. It also allows them to print rosters of residents, to enter attendance, and to request extensions of stay.
Supportive Housing System
The new HRA/DSS Supportive Housing System permits referring agencies to electronically submit application packages for community-based supportive housing for the mentally ill to HRA/DSS's Office of Health and Mental Health Services/Placement, Assessment and Client Tracking Unit (OHMHS/PACT), via the Internet.
Line-Item Contract Module Program
The NYC Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services' Line-Item Contract Module (LIC) enables vendors to submit their monthly line-item expenses electronically. This module allows Program Areas such as HIV/AIDS Services Administration, Domestic Violence, and Medical Assistance Program to manage their line item-based contracts and to review and approve their expenses. The system enables Accounts Payable to make payments to line item-based contracts.
Payment and Claiming System on the Web (PaCSWeb)
The Payment and Claiming System on the Web (PaCSWeb) enables authorized vendors to request payment for services they provide to HRA clients on their milestone-based contracts.This application also allows HRA staff to review the payment requests and Accounts Payable to make the payments to the vendor.The vendors can track their requests and receive real-time status as well as full history of the transaction.
